Towner County Property Sales

Towner County will be offering for sale on bids the following property: 

     City of Hansboro, Original Block 1, Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6

     City of Hansboro, Original Block 2, E ½ Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

     City of Hansboro, Original Block 5, Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and Lots 9,10, 11,12,13,14

These are empty lots.  Condition of the property is unknown by this office.  You are responsible to inspect the property yourself.

Include your name, address, phone number and bid $ amount on the bid.  Please place bids in a sealed envelope with “Bid for County Property” written on the outside.  Return to the Towner County Auditor, 315 2nd Street, PO Box 603, Cando, ND  58324 before August 3, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.  Bids will be opened at the August 4, 2020 Commissioner meeting.  Towner County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
