2018 Election Information

Primary Election will take place on June 12th, 2018

Voter Information

  - North Dakota is the only state that does not have voter registration.

  - ID is required for Voting. According to NDCC 16.1-05.07 the identification must include your name, Current       Residential Address and date of birth.

    - Tribal government issued identification card

    - Long-term care identification certificate (provided by ND facility)

 Voting Information

  - In Person - The only place to vote on Election Day in Towner County will be in the Cando Armory Building - 408 5th Avenue, Cando, ND. The polls will be open from 8:00am to 7:00pm.

  - Vote by Mail/Absentee - available at the Towner County Auditors office - 315 2nd Street, Cando, ND.
